
BootCamp for Athletes is available to everyone aged 8-18 looking to increase Speed, Quickness, Agility, and Power in a group setting.
$100 per month - Unlimited Sessions
Personal Training for athletes as well as their parents or other adults will also be available. Program developer, John Piacentino, has over 23 years experience as a personal trainer. He is certified with NASM, as well as being a certified fitness nutritionist.
Workout specific to:
Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Increase Power, Agility, Speed Quickness, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Flexibility, Better Coordination, Abs/core, Low Back Stretch and Cool Down
Exercises include:
Core Conditioning, Functional Training, Speed, Quickness, and Agility Drills, Muscular Strength, Jumping Rope, Circuit Training, Obstacle Courses, Pilates Mat Exercises, Surprises and More!
We use functional equipment such as Bosu, wobble boards, superbands, pull-up bars, 2-way tubing, body blades, medicine balls, power rope balls, stability balls, and many more tools. Plus, for the athletes 14 and older, we use specific weight training exercises to help develop power.
